Read moreDear Columbus Community, There is only one word to describe the Bicentennial Lighted Parade that took place on November 29 – SPECTACULAR! The entries were spectacular, the crowd was spectacular, the lights on the square were spectacular, and the camaraderie on the square was spectacular. I heard it said more than once, “this is just like a Hallmark movie”. To me, there is no better compliment than to be compared to a Hallmark Christmas movie. The whole evening was small-town living at its very best. It was heart-warming to see the sparkle in the eyes and excitement on the faces of everyone in attendance.
