He is a natural leader who balances a hunger to accomplish personal goals and lifting his fellow cadets up. Kevin’s brother, Cadet Marco Salinas, was also awarded Cadet of the Week for week three and they are both thriving at TCA. After graduation, Kevin would like to enlist in the United States Army.
