COVID-19 has seen an uptick in infections in the nation. After a full onslaught against humanity, the virus retreated in the more industrialized nations because of the rollout of several vaccines to combat the virus. In 2020, businesses and schools were shutting down, people huddled in their homes, and the workforce either was terminated or temporarily assigned to work remotely. Recently, Texas began to reopen its doors to some sense of normalcy that was enjoyed pre-pandemic.
