Read moreThe District Court sentencing for London Ferguson Webb that appeared in the Aug. 26 edition of The Citizen states Webb was sentenced to 10 years in the Texas Department of Corrections Institutional Unit. For Count I, intoxication assault with a vehicle causing serious bodily injury, Webb received a sentence of 5 years. For Count II, driving while intoxicated, third of more offense, Webb received a sentence of 5 years. Sentences for Counts I and II are to run concurrently. For Count III, driving while intoxicated with a child under 15 years of age, Webb was sentenced to 12 months in State Jail.
