Read moreThe Lions roared into Dell Diamond in Austin, June 10 and snatched the Texas 1A High School Baseball State Championship away from Kennard. The 6-4 win over Kennard marks the third state championship and the eighth appearance for the Fayetteville Lions. The Lions brought home the trophy in 1997, 2012, and now, 2021.
