With the softball season just around the corner for the Weimar Ladycats, they are going to be ready to defend their title. The Ladycats will have a target on their back being the defending champs but also because they have opened the season as the number one ranked team in Class 2A. Their journey to defend the championship will begin on Feb. 20, when they welcome in the Columbus Lady Cardinals for their first game of the season.
