At 8:59 am Cpl. Blair responded to the 1200 block of Rampart in reference to an animal complaint. The animal was located and the owner was given a citation. At 9:08 am Cpt Alley responded to the 1000 block of New World Dr in reference to a suspicious person. The subject was located and all was found to be in order.
