FEC VISITS WEIMAR LIONS

Doug Lambert, General Manager of Fayette Electric Cooperative, visited the Weimar Lions for an update this past week. Fayette Electric Cooperative is a distribution coop serving the local rural areas not inside city limits. This COOP is a non-profit organization with a seven-member Board of Directors, one of which is Lion member Bill Briscoe. FEC has 44 employees and maintains 23,000 miles of line. In 2023 the COOP saw $38 million in revenue. Pictured from left to right are Lambert and Briscoe.
