CCHFH and Tailgate with a Hero volunteers served plates at the lunch for all veterans in attendance. The Colorado County Habitat for Humanity hosted a Veterans’ lunch to honor veterans within the community who have served this past Friday, Nov. 22. The event was held in the afternoon at the Lighthouse at the St. Paul Lutheran Church located on 201 Veteran’s Drive in Columbus. Barbecue meals were sponsored by the Tailgate with a Hero program, provided by Schobels’ Restaurant.
