SENIOR CONNECTIONS

This grant supports Senior Connections, a vital resource for active seniors 55+ in Fayette, Lavaca, and Colorado counties. Senior Connections offers programs that promote healthy aging through social interaction, mental stimulation, and nutritious meals. These services are provided at no cost to seniors on fixed incomes, helping them stay engaged and active.
