At 5:21 pm Ofc. Pospisil responded to the 300 block of North St in reference to possible Theft. Information was received.
At 3:54 pm Sgt. Neumann responded to the 1200 block of Rampart in reference to a welfare concern. After further investigation, Nichole Brune out of Henderson was arrested with Public Intoxication and taken to the Colorado County Detention Center.
