Columbus High School senior Camdon Pitchford has committed to continue his football career at West Virginia University he announced on his Instagram. Pitchford was a big part of the Columbus Cardinal football team that won the State Championship in 2024.He was the punt returner and a feature receiver in the Cardinal offense. Pitchford finished the year with 87 catches for 1,206 yards and 21 receiving touchdowns which led the Cardinals. Pitchford will now look to make just as big of an impact at West Virgina for the Mountaineers. Courtesy photo
