TruCare Living Center — Columbus has been serving the community, as a four-star nursing home, for inpatient Short-Term Rehabilitation and for Long Term Care for our elders. After diligently working on our healthcare “Quality Measures” monitored by Medicare and continuing to provide the highest quality of care that all are used to. We are proud to share that TLC – Columbus is now a 5 STAR NURSING HOME.
Nursing Homes are rated on the government website www.medicare. gov. The components include Annual Surveys, Quality Measures, and Staffing. With the update on April 30, TruCare Living Center – Columbus, is the only 5 STAR Nursing Home in a 25-mile radius.
Congratulations to our staff at TLC – Columbus for their hard work to provide the best possible environment for the elders of our community. We will celebrate with our residents as we come up on National Nurses Week and National Skilled Nursing Care Week in May.
