At 5:15 pm Sgt. Wilson responded to the 600 block of Spring St in reference to a civil matter. Advice was given.
APR. 8, 2025
At 1:05 pm Ofc. Salinas responded to the 1000 block of New World Dr in reference to a welfare concern. After further investigation, a subject was found deceased. Justice of the peace Billy Hefner arrived on scene and stated time of death and determined cause of death was natural.
At 9:32 pm Ofc. Avalos responded to the 1600 block of Fannin in reference to an animal complaint. The animal was located and all was found to be in order.
APR. 9, 2025
At 9:15 am Sgt. Wilson responded to the 600 block of Spring St in reference to a civil matter. Advice was given.
At 11:55 am Sgt, Wilson responded to the 1400 block of Walnut in reference to an unwanted subject. The subject was located and all was found to be in order.
APR. 10, 2025
At 1:03 am Sgt. Neumann responded to the 1400 block of Montezuma St in reference to criminal mischief. After further investigation all was found to be in order.
At 8:15 am Sgt. Wilson responded to the 2000 block of Milam St in reference to an escort.
At 11:05 am Sgt. Wilson responded to the 600 block of Spring St in reference to a civil matter. Advice was given.
At 12:15 pm Sgt. Wilson responded to the 1000 block of Washington St in reference to a civil matter. Advice was given.
At 1:30 pm Lt. Mayfield along with Det. Kent responded to the 100 block of Railroad Ave in reference to a City Ordinance Violation/ Junk Vehicle. After further investigation, the vehicle was located and the owner was given a written notice. The vehicles were removed by the owner.
At 6:04 pm Ofc. Pospisil responded to the 1500 block of Sunset Dr in reference to an animal complaint. The animal was located and all was found to be in order.
APR. 11, 2025
At 9:50 am Sgt. Wilson responded to the 2200 block of Hwy 71 in reference to a vehicle accident. A crash report was completed.
At 11:13 pm Sgt. Neumann responded to the 1500 block of Sunset Dr in reference to an unwanted subject. The subject was located, issued a criminal trespass warning, and removed from the property.
APR. 12, 2025
At 3:43 pm Ofc. Godfrey responded to the 1100 block of Jackson St in reference to a civil matter. Advice was given.
At 8:16 pm Ofc. Avalos responded to the 100 block of Smith St in reference to an animal complaint. The animal was not located.
At 9:10 pm Ofc. Godfrey conducted a traffic stop on the 2000 block of Hwy 71 in reference to a vehicle violation. After further investigation, Vane Wiseman was arrested for possession of controlled substance, unlawfully carrying of a weapon, and theft of a motor vehicle and was taken to the Colorado County Detention Center.

At 10:48 am Ofc. Salinas responded to the 1900 block of Bowie St in reference to an animal complaint. The animal was not located.
At 2:27 pm Ofc. Salinas responded to the 600 block of Spring St in reference to a civil matter. Advice was given.
APR. 15, 2025
At 8:46 am Ofc. Salinas responded to the 1200 block of Montezuma St in reference to a suspicious person. The subject was located and all was found to be in order.
At 8:41 pm Ofc. Avalos responded to the 2100 block of Milam in reference to a suspicious person. The subject was gone upon arrival.
At 10:19 pm Ofc. Avalos responded to the 2200 block of Hwy 71 in reference to an alarm. The building was found secure.

At 3:25 am Ofc. Pospisil responded to the 2500 block of Hwy 71 in reference to a suspicious vehicle. The vehicle was located and all was found to be in order.
At 7:30 am Sgt. Wilson responded to the 1900 block of Milam in reference to an alarm. the building was found secure.
At 9:40 am Sgt. Wilson responded to the 1100 block of Walnut in reference to an unwanted person. The subject was gone upon arrival.
At 10:05 am Sgt. Wilson responded to the 800 block of Live Oak in reference to a welfare concern. The subject was located and all was found to be in order.
At 1:45 pm Sgt. Wilson responded to the 2200 block of Hwy 71 in reference to a 911 hang-up. Officers arrived and learned it was accidental.
At 5:52 pm Ofc. Pospisil responded to the 1500 block of Fannin in reference to a suspicious person. The subject was located and was removed from the property.
At 7:07 pm Ofc. Pospisil responded to the 2100 block of Hwy 71 in reference to a vehicle accident. A crash report was completed.
At 9:18 pm Ofc. Pospisil responded to the 1600 block of Rampart in reference to a suspicious person. The subject was gone upon arrival.
