Vietnam Veterans of America, Chapter 1127, presented six CHS seniors $1500 scholarships, each, to assist with their future education pursuits. The recipients are: Sierra Salois, who will attend Tarleton State to major in pre-veterinary medicine; Brooklyn Eden, who will attend Baylor to major in health science studies Pre-PA; Kaylynn Noska, who will attend Blinn College to become a Radiology Tech; Ace Pavlicek, who will attend Texas A&M to study chemical engineering, Ellie Brown will play softball, while attending McLennan Community College to major in exercise science; and Lydia Benjamin will attend the University of Texas at Austin to study economics, finance, and pre-law.
