APR. 18, 2025

At 3:35 am Ofc. Pospisil responded to the 600 block of Preston St in reference to a possible disturbance. After further investigation, all was found to be in order.

At 10:00 am Sgt. Wilson responded to the 2100 block of Milam in reference to a civil matter. Advice was given.

At 4:39 pm Sgt. Neumann responded to the 600 block of Spring St in reference to a civil matter. Advice was given.

APR. 19, 2025

At 10:30 am Ofc. Salinas responded to the 1500 block of Montezuma St in reference to an escort.

At 10:23 pm Ofc. Godfrey responded to the 1100 block of Spring St in reference to a welfare concern. The subject was located and all was found to be in order.

APR. 20, 2025

At 4:58 am Ofc. Avalos responded to the 2400 block of Hwy 71 in reference to possible harassment. Information was received.

At 10:11 am Ofc. Salinas responded to the 1200 block of Montezuma St in reference to a civil matter. Advice was given.

At 12:24 pm Ofc. Salinas responded to the 2000 block of Hwy 71 in reference to a vehicle accident. A crash report was completed.

At 1:44 pm Ofc. Pospisil responded to the 1500 block of Milam in reference to a 911 hang-up. Officer arrived and learned it was accidental.

At 2:51 pm Ofc. Salinas responded to the 1200 block of Montezuma St in reference to a civil matter. Advice was given.

At 3:21 pm Ofc. Pospisil responded to the 2000 block of Milam St in reference to a 911 hang-up. Officer arrived and learned it was accidental.

At 3:34 pm Ofc. Pospisil responded to the 2300 block of Hwy 71 in reference to a welfare concern. After further investigation, Tristan Robinson of New Orleans, was arrested for Public Intoxication and taken to the Colorado County Detention Center.

APR. 21, 2025

At 10:41 am Ofc. Salinas responded to the 1100 block of Milam in reference to a suspicious person. The subject was located and all was found to be in order.

At 10:50 am Ofc. Salinas responded to the 1000 block of Martin Luther King St In reference to an animal complaint. The animal was located and the owner was given a written warning.

At 10:52 am Det. Kent responded to the 900 block of Travis St in reference to a welfare concern. The subject was not located.

At 4:58 pm Ofc. Salinas responded to the 2500 block of Hwy 71 in reference to a vehicle accident. A crash report was completed.

At 11:19 pm Ofc. Avalos responded to the 1400 block of Walnut in reference to an alarm. The building was found secure.

APR. 22, 2025

At 12:51 pm Ofc. Salinas responded to the 2200 block of Hwy 71 in reference to a possible disturbance. After further investigation, John Johnson was arrested for disorderly conduct fighting in public, and Michael Perry was arrested for disorderly conduct fighting and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon both subjects were taken to the Colorado County Detention Center.

At 3:50 pm Ofc. Salinas responded to the 1100 block of Fannin St in reference to a vehicle accident. A crash report was completed.

At 7:19 pm Ofc. Avalos responded to the 1200 block of Walnut in reference to a welfare concern. The subject was located and all was found to be in order.

APR. 23, 2025

At 5:55 am Sgt. Wilson responded to the 500 block of Walnut in reference to a 911 hang-up. Officer arrived and learned no emergency was needed.

At 12:55 pm Sgt. Wilson responded to the 1500 block of Walnut in reference to a suspicious person. The subject was located and was removed from the property.

At 1:10 pm Sgt. Wilson responded to the 1300 block of Front St in reference to a suspicious person. The subject was located and all was found to be in order.

At 10:42 pm Ofc. Pospisil responded to the 2100 block of Milam in reference to an unwanted person. After further investigation, Darrell Ford of Columbus was arrested for Criminal Trespass and was taken to the Colorado County Detention Center.

APR. 24, 2025

At 8:30 am Sgt. Wilson responded to the 2000 block of Milam St in reference to an escort.

At 11:10 am Sgt. Wilson responded to the 1400 block of Fannin St in reference to a vehicle accident. A crash report was completed.

At 8:45 pm Ofc. Pospisil responded to the 3000 block of Columbus Loop in reference to a civil matter. Advice was given.

At 9:24 pm Ofc. Pospisil responded to the 1400 block of Prairie St in reference to an animal complaint. The animal was located and all was found to be in order.

At 11:28 pm Ofc. Pospisil responded to the 2000 block of Milam in reference to a suspicious vehicle. The vehicle was located and all was found to be in order.

APR. 25, 2025

At 6:46 pm Ofc. Avalos responded to the 700 block of Travis St in reference to a 911 hang-up. The officer arrived and learned it was accidental.

APR. 26, 2025

At 3:14 pm Lt. Lara responded to the 2100 block of Milam in reference to a vehicle accident. A crash report was completed.

APR. 27, 2025

At 1:06 am Ofc. Avalos responded to the 1400 block of Back St in reference to a welfare concern. The subject was located and all was found to be in order.

At 12:45 pm Sgt. Wilson responded to the 800 block of Back St in reference to a civil matter. Advice was given.

APR. 28, 2025 At 12:14 pm Ofc. Salinas responded to the 3200 block of Columbus Loop in reference to an escort.

At 1:35 pm Ofc. Salinas responded to the 600 block of Spring St in reference to possible fraud. Information was received.

At 2:15 pm Ofc. Salinas responded to the 100 block of Cardinal Ln in reference to a suspicious vehicle. The vehicle was located and all was found to be in order.

At 6:20 pm Sgt. Wilson responded to the 700 block of Live Oak in reference to loud music. The music was not located.

APR. 29, 2025

At 6:48 am Ofc. Salinas responded to the 1400 block of Walnut in reference to an alarm. The building was found secure.

At 8:34 am Ofc. Salinas responded to the 1300 block of Milam in reference to a welfare concern. The subject was located and all was found to be in order.

At 10:48 am Ofc. Salinas responded to the 1200 block of Montezuma St in reference to a possible stolen vehicle. After further investigation, the vehicle was located and all was found to be in order.

At 2:02 pm Sgt. Neumann responded to the 1000 block of Milam in reference to a wanted person. After further investigation, Charles Polasek was arrested on a warrant and was taken to the Colorado County Detention Center.

At 11:55 pm Ofc. Pospisil responded to the 2400 block of Hwy 71 in reference to a welfare concern. The subject was located and all was found to be in order.

At 4:00 pm Sgt. Wilson responded to the 200 block of Cardinal Ln in reference to a 911 hang-up. The officer arrived and learned it was accidental.

APR. 30, 2025

At 12:04 pm Det. Kent responded to the 100 block of 4th Ave in reference to a welfare concern. The subject was located and all was found to be in order.

At 9:20 am Sgt. Wilson responded to the 500 block of Spring St in reference to an escort.

At 12:00 pm Sgt. Wilson responded to the 600 block of Spring St in reference to a civil matter. Advice was given.

At 4:15 pm Sgt. Neumann responded to the 2100 block of Milam in reference to an unwanted person. After further investigation, Curtis Walker of Columbus was arrested for criminal trespass and theft of property and was taken to the Colorado County Detention Center.

At 8:51 pm Ofc. Pospisil responded to the 1400 block of Back St in reference to a civil matter. Advice was given.

MAY 1 , 2025

At 3:56 am Ofc. Pospisil responded to the 2200 block of Hwy 71 in reference to a suspicious vehicle. The vehicle was gone upon arrival.

At 8:20 am Sgt. Wilson responded to the 2000 block of Milam in reference to an escort.

At 12:45 pm Sgt. Wilson responded to the 600 block of Spring St in reference to a civil matter. Advice was given.

At 3:15 pm Sgt. Wilson responded to the 2400 block of Hwy 71 in reference to a 911 hang-up. The officer arrived and learned no emergency was needed.

At 6:59 pm Ofc. Pospisil responded to the 100 block of Shult Dr in reference to a suspicious person. The subject was located and all was found to be in order.
