The Ladies of CVQG were busy at the Randolph Center in LaGrange, on Tuesday piecing, cutting and sewing Charity Quilts.
This fiscal year, CVQG has already gifted 120 lap quilts to our local Fayette and Colorado counties. Nursing Facilities are gifted these in batches of 10 and are given on a rotating basis.
Sometimes even retired members such as Jo Knox come in for a visit.
The Colorado Valley Quilt Guild meets the 4th Tuesday of each month at the Randolph Recreation Center, 653 East Pearl Street, Room A East, La-Grange. Guild meetings begin at 6 p.m. on even months and 10 a.m. on odd months.
