MAY 16, 2025

At 8:34 am Ofc. Salinas responded to the 1200 block of Fannin in reference to an unwanted person. The subject was located, issued a criminal trespass warning and removed from the property.

At 10:55 am Ofc. Salinas responded to the 1100 block of Milam in reference to an escort.

At 4:10 pm Det. Kent responded to the 1200 block of Live Oak in reference to an escort.

At 11:18 am Ofc. Salinas responded to the 100 block of Cardinal Ln in reference to a civil matter. Advice was given.

At 1:30 pm Ofc. Salinas responded to the 1200 block of Montezuma St in reference to a suspicious person. The subject was located and all was found to be in order.

At 2:00 pm Ofc. Salinas responded to the 2100 block of Hwy 71 in reference to a vehicle accident. A crash report was completed.

At 4:37 pm Sgt. Neumann responded to the 2200 block of Hwy 71 in reference to a possible disturbance. After further investigation, all was found to be in order.

At 5:07 Sgt. Neumann responded to the 2100 block of Milam in reference to a suspicious person. The subject was located and all was found to be in order.

MAY 17, 2025

At 7:20 am Sgt. Wilson responded to the 1400 block of Milam in reference to a welfare concern. The subject was located and all was found to be in order.

At 11:20 am Sgt. Wilson responded to the 2100 block of Milam in reference to a civil matter. Advice was given.

At 2:55 pm Sgt. Wilson responded to the 2100 block of Milam in reference to theft. After further investigation, Richard Mancha of Columbus was arrested for theft and taken to the Colorado County Detention Center.

At 8:04 am Ofc. Pospisil responded to the 1100 block of Milam in reference to a suspicious person. The subject was not located.

At 8:49 pm Ofc. Pospisil responded to the 800 block of Walnut in reference to a vehicle accident. After further investigation, Donna Christoph out of Columbus was arrested for driving while intoxicated and was taken to the Colorado County Detention Center.

MAY 18, 2025

At 8:50 am Sgt. Wilson responded to the 400 block of Walnut in reference to a welfare concern. The subject was located and all was found to be in order.

At 11:00 am Sgt. Wilson responded to the 2200 block of Hwy 71 in reference to a welfare concern. The subject was located and removed from the property.

At 12:35 pm Sgt. Wilson responded to the 1500 block of Back St in reference to a civil matter. Advice was given.

At 1:05 pm Sgt. Wilson responded to the 200 block of Charter St in reference to a 911 hangup. Officers arrived and learned it was accidental.

At 8:23 pm Ofc. Pospisil responded to the 1600 block of Back St in reference to an animal complaint. The animal was located and all was found to be in order.

At 8:52 pm Ofc. Pospisil responded to the 1000 block of Martin Luther King Street in reference to loud music. The music was located and turned down.

MAY 19, 2025

At 6:45 am Sgt. Wilson responded to the 700 block of Martin Luther King Street in reference to an animal complaint. The animal was not located.

At 10:15 am Sgt. Wilson responded to the 100 block of Shult Dr in reference to a welfare concern. The subject was not located.

At 10:52 pm Ofc. Pospisil responded to the 2200 block of Hwy 71 in reference to a suspicious vehicle. The vehicle was located and all was found to be in order.

MAY 20, 2025

At 3:20 am Ofc. Pospisil responded to the 2500 block of Hwy 71 in reference to a suspicious vehicle. The vehicle was located and all was found to be in order.

At 7:31 pm Ofc. Pospisil responded to the 1500 block of Sunset Dr in reference to a welfare concern. The subject was located and all was found to be in order.

At 8:43 pm Ofc. Pospisil responded to the 1200 block of Montezuma St in reference to a suspicious person. The subject was located and all was found to be in order.

MAY 21, 2025

At 9:30 am Ofc. Salians responded to the 1800 block of Hwy 71 in reference to a 911 hang-up. Officers arrived and learned it was accidental.

At 10:41 am Ofc. Salinas responded to the 1500 block of Montezuma St in reference to an escort.

At 11:27 am Ofc. Salinas responded to the 1700 block of Milam in reference to possible harassment. After further investigation, Maribel Vega of Columbus was arrested for Harassment and Terroristic Threat and was taken to the Colorado County Detention Center.

MAY 22, 2025

At 4:51 am Ofc. Avalos responded to the 2200 block of Hwy 71 in reference to an alarm. The building was found secure.

At 8:30 am Lt. Mayfield responded to the 800 block of Back St in reference to a civil matter. Advice was given.

At 9:08 am Ofc. Salinas responded to the 2000 block of Milam in reference to an escort.

At 9:29 am Ofc. Salinas responded to the 100 block of Burford St in reference to an alarm. The building was found secure.

At 2:40 pm Sgt. Wilson responded to the 2200 block of Hwy 71 in reference to a civil matter. Advice was given.

At 3:45 pm Sgt. Wilson responded to the 400 block of Jones Street in reference to a suspicious vehicle. The vehicle was located and all was found to be in order.

At 10:46 pm Ofc. Avalos responded to the 400 block of Milam St in reference to a possible disturbance. After further investigation all was found to be in order.
