The Columbus Volunteer Fire Department responded to a fuel spill in the area of 4053 US 90 (Mikeska’s BBQ) last week. A motorist traveling westbound on I-10 struck debris in the construction zone, puncturing the fuel tank. Our firefighters quickly responded and were able to patch the fuel tank. Courtesy photo
