St. Paul Lutheran Church 201 Veterans Dr. The July Community Beautification was awarded to St. Paul Lutheran Church at 201 Veterans Dr. Muhly grass and oversized clay pots of potato vine flanks a cherry laurel creating a symmetric design perfectly designed for the harsh western sun that this side of the building receives. The shadier sides of the building are lushly planted with Nellie R Stevens holly trees, dwarf nandina, mature Ligularia (aka Leopard plants) that should produce tall spikes of clustered daisy-like blooms, and begonias.
