JUNE 13
At 11:30 am Sgt. Wilson responded to the 2400 block of Hwy 71 in reference to a vehicle accident. A crash report was completed.
At 2:25 pm Sgt. Wilson responded to the 100 block of Veterans Dr in reference to a welfare concern. After further investigation, Juan Villasana was arrested for Public Intoxication and was transported to the Colorado County Detention Center.
At 4:49 pm Sgt. Neumann responded to the 2200 block of Hwy 71 in reference to a civil matter Advice was given.
At 7:58 pm Ofc. Haman along with Sgt. Neumann responded to the 1000 block of New World Dr in reference to a possible disturbance. After further investigation, Raul Miramontes was arrested for Public Intoxication and was taken to the Colorado County detention center.
JUNE 14
At 12 :07 am Ofc. Avalos responded to the 1200 block of Walnut in reference to an unwanted person. The subject was located and was removed from the property.
At 11:00 am Sgt. Wilson responded to the 1400 block of Walnut in reference to a 911 hang-up. Officers arrived and learned it was accidental.
At 1:05 pm Sgt. Wilson responded to the 696 Exit ramp in reference to a vehicle accident. A crash report was completed.
JUNE 15
At 11 :00 am Sgt. Wilson responded to the 1000 block of Hwy 71 in reference to a vehicle accident. A crash report was completed.
At 11:33 am Ofc. Avalos responded to the 1000 block of Crockett St in reference to a possible disturbance. After further investigation all was found to be in order.
At 11:44 am Ofc. Avalos responded to the 100 block of Cardinal Ln in reference to a 911 hangup. Officers arrived and learned it was accidental.
At 12:44 pm Ofc. Avalos responded to the 2100 block of Milam in reference to a suspicious person. After further investigation, the subject was located, issued a criminal trespass warning, and was removed from the property.
At 4:51 pm Ofc. Avalos responded to the 100 block of Irwin Dr in reference to an animal complaint. The animal was located and all was found to be in order.
JUNE 16
At 12 :41 am Ofc. Pospisil responded to the 100 block of Shult Dr in reference to a suspicious person. The subject was located and removed from the property.
At 1:29 am Ofc. Pospisil responded to the 1000 block of Walnut in reference to a welfare concern. The subject was located, and all was found to be in order.
At 3:54 pm Sgt. Neumann responded to the 696 Exit ramp in reference to a vehicle accident. A crash report was completed.
At 10:45 pm Ofc. Pospisil responded to the 800 block of Spring St in reference to a possible assault. After further investigation, Michael Chovanetz of Columbus was arrested for Assault Family Violence and was taken to the Colorado County Detention Center.
JUNE 17
At 9 :00 am Sgt. Wilson responded to the 100 block of Legion Dr in reference to a 911 hang-up. Officers arrived and learned it was accidental.
At 1:35 pm Sgt. Wilson responded to the 1400 block of Walnut St in reference to a vehicle accident. A crash report was completed.
At 5:04 pm Ofc. Haman, along with Sgt. Neumann responded to the 600 block of Spring St in reference to a civil matter. Advice was given.
At 6:46 pm Ofc. Pospisil responded to the 1400 block of Back St in reference to a suspicious person. After further investigation, Frederick Thomas, of Columbus, was arrested for disorderly conduct breach of peace, resisting arrest search or transport, and evading arrest and was transported to the Colorado County Detention Center.
JUNE 18
At 9 :28 am Ofc. Salinas responded to the 2000 block of Milam in reference to an escort.
At 9:51 am Ofc. Salinas responded to the 1500 block of Fannin St in reference to a possible disturbance. After further investigation, the subjects were separated, issued criminal trespass warnings, and were removed from the property.
At 10:19 am Ofc. Salinas responded to the 1200 block of Montezuma St in reference to an unwanted person. The subject was located and removed from the property.
At 11:34 am Ofc. Salinas, along with Ofc. Smith responded to the 600 block of Spring St in reference to possible harassment. Information was received.
At 12:14 pm Ofc. Salinas responded to the 100 block of Shult Dr in reference to an alarm. The building was found secure.
JUNE 19
At 12 :00 pm Ofc. Salinas responded to the 600 block of Preston St in reference to a possible disturbance. After further investigation, Pedro Amezaga out of Columbus was arrested for criminal trespass of habitation and was taken to the Colorado County Detention Center.
At 2:50 pm Ofc. Salinas responded to the 1100 block of Milam in reference to an alarm. The building was found secure.
At 3:54 pm Ofc. Haman, along with Sgt. Neumann responded to the 4300 block of I-10 in reference to a vehicle accident. A crash report was completed.
At 7:15 pm Ofc. Haman, along with Sgt. Neumann responded to the 1200 block of Montezuma St in reference to a 911 hang-up. Officers arrived and learned it was accidental.
At 8:54 pm Ofc. Haman, along with Sgt. Neumann responded to the 100 block of Jane Dr in reference to an unwanted person. The subject was gone upon arrival.
