Eagle Lake Mayor Timothy Kelley issued a proclamation honoring the life and dedicated public service of JAMES R. “JIM” WOOD, proclaiming July 19, 2025, as “JIM WOOD DAY” in Eagle Lake. Jim was an active and cherished member of our community, known for his commitment, kindness, and the countless lifelong friendships he built over the years.
