The Columbus Cardinals 2024 State Championship was truly something special to witness last season. Their run captured the hearts of many, and the feeling of ‘Medrano Magic’ touched us all. Now, the players and coaches that made it all happen are immortalized forever at Memorial field with a new statue to honor the champs. Every coach and player, including Aleks Medrano, is listed on the statue along with the score from the State Championship game. Columbus 48- Malakoff 14 equals 62 and a State Championship victory.
