Michelle Markey of Medina Domestic Arts Studio out of Medina, was Colorado Valley Quilt Guild’s guest speaker at the monthly Guild meeting. Michelle’s beautifully painted quilts were the talk of the Guild and many of our members enjoyed a special workshop with Michelle the following day.
Attendees of the workshop worked on fabric painting a quilt block with bluebonnets and hummingbird.
The Colorado Valley Quilt Guild meets the 4th Tuesday of each month at the Randolph Recreation Center, 653 East Pearl Street, Room A East, La-Grange, TX 78945. Guild meetings begin at 6 pm on even months and 10:00 am on odd months.
