Raider of the week chosen by the foreign language department is Gavin Gonzales. His parents are Mandy Avila and Ramon Zarate. Gavin is in the 12th grade. While in high school Gavin participates in football. Gavin’s favorite class is English 3 and every teacher at Rice High School is his favorite. Outside of school Gavin likes to BBQ and fix his car. After graduation Gavin plans to go to a trade school or enter the workforce.
