The Colorado County Election Office proudly recognizes Betsy Glaeser for her unwavering dedication to public service and her continued commitment to the electoral process in Eagle Lake.
After retiring from a distinguished career in public service in 2018, Glaeser began a new chapter in 2019 by joining the election team at Precinct 402 in Eagle Lake as an assistant judge. Her leadership quickly became evident, and following the retirement of longtime presiding judge Becky Anderson, Betsy stepped into the role with grace and determination. She has served as the presiding judge ever since, ensuring fair, efficient, and accessible elections for her community.
Glaeser has been a driving force behind the establishment and success of the Branch Early Voting Location in Eagle Lake—a vital resource that has expanded voter access and strengthened civic engagement in the region.
“My employment always kept me in touch with the citizens of the Eagle Lake area,” said Glaeser. “Working elections is a continuation of serving the people in my precinct.”
