Family, community honor teacher who died in accident

Rice Consolidated Independent School District student athletes remember Coach Noel Lopez at a candlelight vigil held in his memory, Wednesday, Sept. 24, at the RCISD softball field.Rice High School and Rice Junior High school students mourned the loss of Coach Noel Lopez at the candlelight vigil in his honor, Wednesday, Sept. 24, at the RCISD softball field.
