SEPT. 13

At 11:40 am Sgt. Wilson responded to the 2500 block of Hwy 71 in reference to a vehicle accident. A crash report was completed.

At 2:23 pm Ofc. Godfrey responded to the 200 block of Charter St in reference to a 911 hang-up. The officer arrived and learned it was accidental.

At 4:57 pm Sgt. Neumann responded to the 100 block of Legion Dr in reference to a possible disturbance. After further investigation, all was found to be in order.

SEPT. 14

At 12:08 am Ofc. Pospisil responded to the 700 block of Crockett St in reference to a possible disturbance. After further investigation, the subjects were located, separated, and removed from the property.

At 8:00 pm Ofc. Pospisil responded to the 200 block of McCormick St in reference to a suspicious person. The subject was gone upon arrival.

At 10:27 pm Ofc. Pospisil responded to the 2200 block of Hwy 71 in reference to an alarm. The building was found secure.

SEPT. 15

At 6:25 am Sgt. Wilson responded to the 300 block of Radio Ln in reference to a suspicious vehicle. The vehicle was gone upon arrival.

At 4:23 pm Sgt. Neumann responded to the 500 block of Spring St in reference to an alarm. The building was found secure.

At 10:34 pm Ofc. Pospisil responded to the 900 block of Martin Luther King St in reference to a possible disturbance. After further investigation, all was found to be in order.

At 12:02 am Ofc. Pospisil responded to the 100 block of Shult Dr in reference to an alarm. The building was found secure.

At 6:40 am Sgt. Wilson responded to the 1500 block of Montezuma St in reference to a welfare concern. The subject was located, and all was found to be in order.

At 9:10 am Sgt. Wilson responded to the 900 block of Preston St on reference to an alarm. The building was found secure.

At 7:56 pm Ofc. Avalos responded to the 1700 block of Hwy 71 in reference to a 911 hang-up. The officer arrived and learned it was accidental.

At 10:24 pm Ofc. Avalos responded to the 1400 block of Walnut St in reference to an alarm. The building was found secure.

At 6:47 am Ofc. Salinas responded to the 2200 block of Hwy 71 in reference to an unwanted person. The subject was gone upon arrival.

At 7:59 am Ofc. Salinas responded to the 1700 block of Fannin St in reference to a welfare concern. The subject was located and all was found to be in order.

At 1:58 pm Ofc. Haman responded to the 1100 block of Walnut St in reference to a possible disturbance. After further investigation, the subjects were located, separated, and removed from the property.

At 3:32 am Ofc. Avalos responded to the 2200 block of Hwy 71 in reference to a suspicious person. The subject was gone upon arrival.

At 9:03 am Ofc. Salinas responded to the 2000 block of Milam St in reference to an escort.

At 9:31 am Ofc. Salinas responded to the 1200 block of Montezuma St in reference to a 911 hang-up. The officer arrived and learned it was accidental.

At 12:57 am Ofc. Avalos responded to the 200 block of Smith St in reference to a 911 hang-up. The officer arrived and learned it was accidental.

At 9:53 am Ofc. Salinas responded to the 600 block of Spring St in reference to a civil matter. Advice was given.

At 11:35 am Ofc. Salinas responded to the 1500 block of Montezuma St in reference to an escort.

At 3:32 pm Ofc. Haman responded to the 600 block of Spring St in reference to a scam. Information was received.

At 8:14 pm Ofc. Haman responded to the 2100 block of Milam St in reference to a civil matter. Advice was given.

SEPT. 20

At 2:24 am Ofc. Avalos responded to the 1400 block of Walnut St in reference to an alarm. The building was found secure.

At 5:50 am Sgt. Wilson responded to the 2100 block of Milam St in reference to an alarm. The building was found secure.

At 6:45 am Sgt. Wilson responded to the 100 block of Shult Dr in reference to a suspicious person. The subject was located, and all was found to be in order.

At 2:48 pm Ofc. Godfrey responded to the 2200 block of Hwy 71 in reference to a suspicious person. The subject was located, and all was found to be secure.

At 3:30 pm Sgt. Wilson responded to the 600 block of Boham St in reference to an escort.

At 7:45 pm Sgt. Neumann responded to the 800 block of Fannin St in reference to an alarm. The building was found secure.

At 10:27 pm Sgt. Neumann responded to the 2200 block of Hwy 71 in reference to an unwanted person. The subject was located and removed from the property.

At 11:42 pm Ofc. Pospisil responded to the 900 block of Martin Luther King St in reference to a welfare concern. After further investigation, Geraldo Hernandez, out of Columbus, was arrested for evading arrest, detention with a previous conviction, resisting arrest, search or transport, and public intoxication, and was taken to the Colorado County Detention Center.

SEPT. 21

At 8:15 am Sgt. Wilson responded to the 2200 block of Hwy 71 in reference to an unwanted person. The subject was located and removed from the property.

At 9:35 am Sgt. Wilson responded to the 2000 block of Hwy 71 in reference to a suspicious vehicle. The vehicle was located, and all was found to be in order.

At 12:00 pm Sgt. Wilson responded to the 600 block of Spring St in reference to a civil matter. Advice was given.

At 3:00 pm Sgt. Wilson responded to the 500 block of Washington St in reference to an alarm. the building was found secure.

SEPT. 22

At 10:30 am Sgt. Wilson responded to the 1500 block of Montezuma St in reference to an escort.

At 11:15 am Sgt. Wilson responded to the 600 block of Spring St in reference to a civil matter. Advice was given.

At 6:32 pm Ofc. Salinas responded to the 1100 block of Walnut St in reference to a welfare concern. The subject was found secure.

At 6:50 pm Sgt. Neumann responded to the 1100 block of Walnut St in reference to an unwanted person. After further investigation, Tia Doublin of Columbus was arrested for Criminal Trespass and was taken to the Colorado County Detention Center.

At 8:00 pm Ofc. Pospisil responded to the intersection of Hwy 71 and Texas Ave in reference to a vehicle accident. A crash report was completed.

SEPT. 23

At 12:22 am Ofc. Pospisil responded to the 1000 block of Walnut St in reference to a welfare concern. The subject was located and removed from the property.

At 9:49 am Ofc. Haman responded to the 1300 block of Montezuma St In reference to an animal complaint. The animal was located, and all was found to be in order.

At 11:30 am Det. Kent responded to the 600 block of Spring St in reference to a civil matter. Advice was given.

At 2:14 pm Ofc. Haman responded to the 1100 block of Milam St in reference to an escort.

At 7:15 pm Ofc. Pospisil responded to the 600 block of Spring St in reference to a civil matter. Advice was given.

At 10:47 pm Ofc. Avalos responded to the 1600 block of Fannin St in reference to possible loud music. The music was located and turned down.

SEPT. 24

At 7:15 am Ofc. Salinas, along with Det. Kent responded to the 100 block of Jane Dr in reference to a welfare concern. After further investigation, a subject was found deceased. Justice of the Peace Billy Hefner arrived on scene and stated the time of death and determined cause of death was natural causes.

At 8:36 am Det. Kent responded to the 900 block of Fannin St in reference to a vehicle accident. A crash report was completed.

At 12:08 pm Ofc. Haman responded to the 1700 block of Fannin St in reference to an animal complaint. The animal was located and taken to the city pound.

At 5:18 pm Ofc. Haman responded to the 1100 block of Walnut St in reference to a welfare concern. The subject was located, and all was found to be in order.

At 6:44 pm Ofc. Haman responded to the 1000 block of Martin Luther King St in reference to loud music. The music was not located.

SEPT. 25

At 4:59 am Ofc. Avalos responded to the 400 block of Walnut St in reference to an alarm. The building was found secure.

At 8:34 pm Ofc. Salinas responded to the 2000 block of Milam St in reference to an escort.

At 2:51 pm Ofc. Haman responded to the 2200 block of Hwy 71 in reference to an unwanted person. The subject was located and removed from the property.

SEPT. 26

At 1:03 am Ofc. Avalos responded to the 1400 block of Walnut in reference to a civil matter. Advice was given.

At 4:05 pm Ofc. Pospisil responded to the 1400 block of Walnut St in reference to a possible disturbance. After further investigation, both subjects were located, separated, given written citations, and removed from the property.

At 5:38 pm Ofc. Pospisil responded to the 2100 block of Milam in reference to an unwanted person. After further investigation, the subject was located, issued a criminal trespass warning, and removed from the property.

At 8:46 pm, Lt. Lara conducted a traffic stop on the 2000 block of Hwy 71 in reference to a traffic violation. After further investigation, Lloyd Gardner of Houston was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and was taken to the Colorado County Detention Center.

At 9:39 pm Ofc. Pospisil responded to the 200 block of Smith St in reference to a suspicious person. The subject was gone upon arrival.

At 10:05 pm Ofc. Pospisil responded to the 2200 block of Hwy 71 in reference to a vehicle accident. A crash report was completed.
