Colorado Count y’s T.H.E. JOAD Club members had a stellar showing at this year’s Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo Archery Competition October 10-12 at NRG Park in Houston. Sponsored by the Ranching and Wildlife Committee, over $140,000 in cash and prizes were awarded to competitors.
The HLSR Archery Contest is the largest youth archery contest in Texas. Over 500 archers in 4-H, FFA, TFAA, ASA and USA Archery (JOAD) competed in Indoor target and/or 3-D divisions.
T.H.E. JOAD Club archers had tremendous success in the Target Archery competition.
