Wildcats rewarded with a win by TAPPS

Wildcats rewarded with a win by TAPPS
Wildcats take the field to start the game against Danbury. Citizen | Evan Hale

The Weimar Wildcats have changed one of their losses this season to a win after a recent ruling. The Texas Association of Private and Parochial Schools, TAPPS, ruled that the San Antonio Holy Cross team is to forfeit several of their games. The team was found using illegal communication devices. Holy Cross was using electronic earpieces in their game against the Weimar Wildcats and thus awarding them a win. This changes the Wildcats overall record to 7-1 while their district record remains the same at 3-1.
