Colorado County Habitat for Humanity (CCHFH) is deeply grateful to Marilyn and Roger Wade for their extraordinary generosity in donating $25,000 to help purchase a lot in Alleyton. This marks the Wades’ third land donation to our affiliate, resulting in four Alleyton houses, in addition to their ongoing financial contributions and steadfast support for our programs.

The Wades’ commitment to affordable housing and their beloved community of Alleyton has been nothing short of inspiring. Their generosity helps Habitat continue its mission of building strength, stability, and self-reliance through shelter for hardworking local families.

“Roger and Marilyn’s vision for a stronger community and their belief in the power of homeownership have made a lasting difference,” said Shone Smallwood, CCHFH Board President. “Their continued support is an incredible blessing to Habitat and to the families we serve.”

With this latest donation, CCHFH moves one step closer to developing another affordable home site in Alleyton - turning generosity into tangible hope for families in need of safe, decent housing. When completed, the home built on this land will become the fifth Habitat house in Alleyton. CCHFH is currently building its 32nd home countywide, located in Columbus, Texas.

CCHFH extends its heartfelt thanks to the Wades for their enduring partnership, generosity, and faith in our mission. Their legacy of giving continues to transform lives and strengthen the heart of Alleyton.
