OCTOBER 11, 2025

At 3:01 pm Ofc. Pospisil responded to the 1300 block of Walnut St in reference to an escort.

At 5:34 pm Ofc. Pospisil responded to the 600 block of Spring St in reference to a civil matter. Advice was given.

OCTOBER 12, 2025

At 2:20 am Ofc. Avalos responded to the 400 block of Walnut St in reference to an alarm. The building was found secure.

At 12:04 pm Ofc. Salinas responded to the 1100 block of Robson St in reference to an unwanted person. After further investigation, Tia Doublin of Columbus was arrested for public intoxication, possession of a controlled substance, prohibited substance in a correctional facility, and tampering with evidence, and was taken to the Colorado County Detention Center.

At 1:10 pm Lt. Lara responded to the 2100 block of Milam St in reference to a possible scam. Information was received.

At 6:49 pm Sgt. Neumann responded to the 900 block of Bonham St in reference to a 911 hang-up. The officer arrived and learned it was accidental.

OCTOBER 13, 2025

At 4:15 am Ofc. Avalos responded to the 2500 block of Hwy 71 in reference to a possible theft. Information was received.

At 4:34 am Ofc. Avalos responded to the 100 block of Shult Dr in reference to a suspicious person. The subject was gone upon arrival.

At 10:38 am Ofc. Salinas responded to the 1000 block of Fannin St in reference to a vehicle accident. A crash report was completed.

At 7:23 pm Sgt. Neumann responded to the 1500 block of Fannin St in reference to an unwanted person. After further investigation, Sharrod Guinn of Sealy was arrested for Indecent Exposure and was taken to the Colorado County Detention Center.

At 8:16 pm Ofc. Avalos responded to the 2200 block of Hwy 71 in reference to a vehicle accident. A crash report was completed.

At 8:52 pm Ofc. Avalos responded to the 1200 block of Montzuma St in reference to a possible disturbance. The subjects were located, separated, and removed from the property.

OCTOBER 14, 2025

At 1:10 am Ofc. Avalos responded to the 1100 block of Jackosn St in reference to a suspicious person. The subject was gone upon arrival.

At 8:42 am Ofc. Salinas responded to the 2500 block of Hwy 71 in reference to possible assault. After further investigation, Javier Saenz of Columbus was arrested for assault by contact family violence and was taken to the Colorado County Detention Center.

At 10:41 am Ofc. Salinas responded to the 1000 block of Walnut St in reference to a vehicle accident. A crash report was completed.

At 12:09 pm Sgt. Neumann responded to the 1000 block of Hwy 71 in reference to an abandoned vehicle. The vehicle was located and given a written warning.

At 12:20 pm Ofc. Salinas responded to the 1000 block of Milam St in reference to a vehicle accident. A crash report was completed.

At 12:41 pm Sgt. Neumann responded to the 1000 block of New World Dr in reference to a possible Theft. Information was received.

At 1:51 pm Sgt. Neumann responded to the 2100 block of Milam St in reference to an unwanted person. The subject was located, and all was found to be in order.

At 2:59 pm Ofc. Salinas responded to the 1100 block of Milam St in reference to an escort.

At 6:51 pm Ofc. Pospisil responded to the 2200 block of Walnut St in reference to an alarm. The building was found secure.

OCTOBER 15, 2025

At 6:10 pm Ofc. Pospisil responded to the 2400 block of Hwy 71 in reference to a possible disturbance. After further investigation, all was found to be in order.

OCTOBER 16, 2025

At 6:15 am Sgt. Wilson responded to the 2400 block of Hwy 71 in reference to a possible disturbance. After further investigation, all was found to be in order.

At 9:30 am Sgt. Wilson responded to the 1100 block of Travis St in reference to an alarm. The building was found secure.

At 9:50 am Sgt. Wilson responded to the 1200 block of Montezuma St in reference to a 911 hang-up. The officer arrived and learned it was accidental.

At 3:18 pm Ofc. Pospisil responded to the 700 block of Washington St in reference to a welfare concern. After further investigation, Noel Barten was arrested for a warrant and was taken to the Colorado County Detention Center.

At 4:40 pm Ofc. Pospisil responded to the 100 block of Creek Bend Lane in reference to a welfare concern. The subject was located, and all was found to be in order.

At 8:33 pm Ofc. Haman responded to the 2200 block of Hwy 71 in reference to a vehicle accident. A crash report was completed.

OCTOBER 17, 2025

At 12:10 pm Ofc. Haman responded to the 900 block of Preston St in reference to a civil matter. Advice was given.

At 12:30 pm Sgt. Wilson responded to the 1600 block of Walnut St in reference to a vehicle accident. A crash report was completed.

At 5:51 pm Ofc. Pospisil responded to the 200 block of Harbert St in reference to a 911 hang-up. The officer arrived and learned it was accidental.

At 8:13 pm Ofc. Haman responded to the 600 block of Spring St in reference to a civil matter. Advice was given.
