LAGRANGE — CVQG was busy learning the correct way to get their quilts “Show Ready” for our upcoming 2026 Best Little Quilt Show. Anita Todd, our BLQS Show Chair for 2026, demonstrated to the group how to properly attach the sleeves which will serve as way to showcase each quilt when hung.
Anita also demonstrated how to attach the quilt binding. Our Past President, Pat Scherer explained the importance of labeling each quilt when completed and how all quilts should be labeled even when not going into a show. Pat also demonstrated the correct way to label all your items for the Show. CVQG’s, The Best Little Quilt Show will be graced with all “Show Ready” Quilts.
The Colorado Valley Quilt Guild meets the 4th Tuesday of each month at the Randolph Recreation Center, 653 East Pearl Street, Room A East, LaGrange, 78945. Guild meetings begin at 6 p.m. on even months and 10 a.m. on odd months.
