At 7:44 am Ofc. Avalos responded to the 1000 block of New World Dr in reference to a possible disturbance. After further investigation all was found to be in order.
At 10:56 am Ofc. Avalos responded to the intersection of Live Oak and Prairie St in reference to a reckless driver. After further investigation, Juan Martinez was arrested for driving while intoxicated and was taken to the Colorado County Detention Center.
At 5:58 pm Sgt. Neumann responded to the 900 block of Martin Luther King St in reference to an animal complaint. The animal was not located.
At 7:20 pm Sgt. Neumann responded to the 2400 block of Hwy 71 in reference to a vehicle accident. A crash report was completed.
OCT. 19
At 12:05 pm Ofc. Avalos responded to the 1400 block of Rampart St in reference to a possible disturbance. After further investigation, the subjects were located, separated, and removed from the property.
At 2:49 pm Ofc. Avalos responded to the 2400 block of Hwy 71 in reference to a vehicle accident. A crash report was completed.
At 3:59 pm Ofc. Avalos responded to the 300 block of North St in reference to a welfare concern. The subject was located and all was found to be in order.
At 6:21 pm Ofc. Salinas responded to the 500 block of Spring St in reference to a welfare concern. The subject was located and all was found to be in order.
At 10:42 pm Ofc. Salinas responded to the 400 block of Malleck St in reference to a possible disturbance. The subjects were located, separated, and removed from the property.
At 11:34 pm Ofc. Salinas responded to the 400 block of Walnut St in reference to an alarm. The building was found secure.

At 9:44 am Ofc. Avalos responded to the 600 block of Spring St in reference to a civil matter. Advice was given.
At 12:00 pm Ofc. Avalos responded to the 600 block of Spring St in reference to Identity Theft. Information was received.
At 1:32 pm Ofc. Avalos responded to the 2100 block of Milam St in reference to a welfare concern. The subject was located and all was found to be in order.
At 4:38 pm Sgt. Neumann responded to the 600 block of Spring St in reference to possible Identity theft. Information was received.
At 8:06 pm Ofc. Salinas reference to the 2400 block of Hwy 71 in reference to a possible disturbance. After further investigation all was found to be in order.
OCT. 21
At 4:07 am Ofc. Salinas responded to the 2500 block of Hwy 71 in reference to possible harassment. Information was received.
At 5:42 am Ofc. Pospisil responded to the 1400 block of Fannin St in reference to an alarm. The building was found secure.
At 1:07 pm Ofc. Pospisil responded to the 200 block of Jones St in reference to Identity Theft. Information was received.
At 1:34 pm Ofc. Pospisil responded to the 1100 block of Walnut St in reference to a welfare concern. The subject was found secure.
OCT. 22
At 5:17 am Ofc. Haman along with Det, Kent responded to the 2400 block of Hwy 71 in reference to a burglary of a vehicle. Information was received case pending.
At 11:00 am Sgt. Wilson responded to the 300 block of Hwy 71 in reference to an abandoned vehicle. The vehicle was located and towed.
At 5:16 pm Ofc. Pospisil responded to the 1400 block of Rampart St in reference to a civil matter. Advice was given.
OCT. 23
At 10:50 am Sgt. Wilson responded to the 200 block of Tait St in reference to a suspicious person. The subject was located and all was found to be in order. At 12:15 pm Sgt. Wilson responded to the 1800 block of Hwy 71 in reference to a 911 hang-up. The officer arrived and learned it was accidental.
At 3:24 pm Ofc. Pospisil responded to the 600 block of Spring St in reference to a civil matter. Advice was given.
At 5:06 pm Ofc. Pospisil responded to the 100 block of 2nd Ave in reference to a welfare concern. The subject was not located.
At 9:08 pm Ofc. Pospisil responded to the 2200 block of Hwy 71 in reference to a welfare concern. The subject was located and all was found to be in order.
OCT. 24
At 11:00 am Sgt. Wilson responded to the 1600 block of Hwy 71 in reference to an animal complaint. The animal was located and all was found to be in order.
At 10:23 pm Ofc. Pospisil responded to the 2200 block of Hwy 71 in reference to an alarm. The building was found secure.
