La Grange Family Health Center, a trusted family practice serving the La Grange & Giddings communities, has announced their plans to relocate to St. Mark’s Medical Office Building, marking an exciting expansion and continued long-term investment in local healthcare.
The practice plans to open its doors at its new location at 2 St. Mark’s Place - Suite 110, La Grange, in the spring 2026, providing enhanced space, improved patient flow, and capacity for continued growth. The move reflects the practice’s ongoing commitment to delivering accessible, high-quality care to families throughout Fayette County and beyond.
