With a small student-to-staff ratio 18:1, educators provide high-level thinking challenges tailored to each child’s pace. From coding and robotics to advanced college-prep courses, the focus remains on teaching children how to think, rather than what to think.

Through her dual organizations—CLEAR Leadership Academy and Future Focus Consulting—she provides the structural framework for her unique philosophy of “leading from the front.”
She hasn’t just built a business; she has cultivated a movement.
