Discover once popular novels, niche favorites and everything in between at unbeatable prices at the Friends of the Library Annual Book Sale on Saturday, May 2 from 8 a.m. to noon at the Weimar Public Library.
The sale will provide a wide range of books from nearly new hardbacks for one dollar to paperbacks for 25 cents. In addition, each child attending will receive a free book of his orherchoice. Browsers will also find a variety of puzzles, DVDs, and audio books. Take one or a bag full the choices are amazing with a little something for everyone.
While all proceeds benefit the library and its programs, Friends of the Library also aims to keep prices low to help foster and encourage a love of reading. Thus, a wide range of materials will be available to give items withdrawn from the library’s collection a second chance at a well-read life.
If you are a person who enjoys the diverse programs brought to you by the Friends of the Library organization and you want to support those programs, come by the library to browse the materials available, tell your friends and neighbors about the sale, and encourage adults and children alike to stop by and take a quick look at all that is available.
