With the annual Magnolia Days Festival set to kick off and take place in Columbus Friday through Saturday, May 15 and 16, festival attendees will have their fair share of fun activities to indulge in an action- packed weekend.
Presented by Todd Barten and Morgan Barten, the annual spring to summertime festival will take over the Courthouse Square with guests in for some fun-filled entertainment.
The free to attend festival will feature shopping on the square, a car show, the famous Magnolia Belles, beer and wine for sale, a 5K run, a family fun zone and of course, live music to keep your feet swinging.
The 2026 Magnolia Belles will be presented at the Colorado County Courthouse Friday night at 7 p.m. on May 15 and on the Courthouse Square Lawn at 1 p.m. on May 16.
Musical guests will include 35 Drive, the Spazmatics and Texas Unlimited Band Friday, May 15. Entertainment will kick off the tunes Friday evening at 5 p.m. with 35 Drive on the Main Stage. At 7:15 p.m., Texas Unlimited Band will take the Main Stage followed by the Spazmatics on the Main Stage at 9:30 p.m.
Musical entertainment for Saturday will kick off at 12 noon with the CISD Jazz Band on Courthouse Square. The Zydeco Dots will take the Main Stage at 2:45 p.m. followed by the Barhitch Hippies on the Main Stage at 5 p.m. Southbound 955 will take the Main Stage at 7:15 p.m. followed by Glen Templeton at 9:30 p.m.
