Texas Oktoberfest unveils event map for October celebration

The Texas Oktoberfest has released its official event map as excitement continues to build for this inaugural celebration of German heritage and Texas hospitality. The family-friendly event will take place on Saturday, October 10, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the Colorado County Fairgrounds, 1146 Crossroads Boulevard in Columbus, Texas.

Designed to help visitors navigate the festivities, the event map features themed areas inspired by some of Germany’s most iconic cities, including Hamburg, Berlin, Munich, Stuttgart, Frankfurt, Cologne, Düsseldorf, and Leipzig. At the heart of the celebration is the Pavilion, which will serve as the center for live music and entertainment throughout the day.

The Texas Oktoberfest will bring together the best of German culture and Texas hospitality, offering a full day of entertainment, exhibitors, food, and family-friendly activities. Guests will enjoy traditional German influences combined with the welcoming spirit and charm for which Texas is known.

“Our goal is to create an event that honors German heritage while embracing the warmth and friendliness of Texas,” said event organizers. “The Texas Oktoberfest is designed to be a fun and memorable experience for the entire family.”

The event’s theme, “Ein Fest. Eine Tradition. Gemeinsam Feiern!” (“A Festival. A Tradition. Celebrating Together!”), reflects the community spirit and cultural traditions that make Oktoberfest celebrations so special.
