Young artists explore creativity at Live Oak Art Center summer camp

COLUMBUS — Young artists are putting their creativity to work this summer during Live Oak Art Center’s annual Art Camp.

Students ages 10 to 13 are spending the week exploring a variety of artistic techniques, including painting, drawing and mixed media projects, whi le developing new skills and expressing their creativity.

“Creativity is in ful l bloom at our 10–13 Art Camp,” the center shared in a recent social media post. “From painting and drawing to exploring new techniques and expressing their unique ideas, these young artists are bringing imagination to life.”

Organizers said one of the most rewarding parts of the camp is watching students gain confidence as they experiment with new artistic styles and complete their projects.

Live Oak Art Center offers a variety of art classes, workshops and camps throughout the year for children and adults in the Columbus area.
