Interstate Highway 10 will be closed between Hattermann Lane and FM 806, both eastbound and westbound, on Friday, July 31, from 9 p.m.-11 a.m. and on Saturday, Aug. 1, from 9 p.m.-11 a.m.
Detours for motorists traveling eastbound will exit at Hattermann Lane, travel US 90 East, then reconnect to SH 71 South. For those traveling westbound, take SH 71 North to US 90 West. Expect heavier-than-normal traffic through Columbus and along the detour routes during closure periods. If you are traveling through the area, plan for delays and allow yourself extra travel time.
