The Columbus Garden Club invites community members of all ages to document, celebrate and learn more about butterf l ies and other pollinators and how researchers can help their populations on Butterfly Big Day, Saturday, Sept. 12.
People al l over the world can contribute by submitting photos of butterflies in the wild to the community science project and app iNaturalist. Submitters don’t need to know the type of butterfly—or be sure that it isn’t a moth—as experts will be able to help. Visit inaturalist.org to submit photos.
