The Columbus Historical Preservation Trust welcomed an activity group from First Baptist Church of El Campo last week. The group toured the historic Stafford Opera House, went antiquing at Grand Oaks Antiques and Gifts and enjoyed lunch at Nancy’s Steakhouse. CHPT thanked the group for their visit, saying, “We’re always grateful when visitors choose to spend the day discovering our history and enjoying the small-town charm that makes Columbus so special.” Courtesy photos
