MAY 14

At 8:23 am Ofc. Salinas responded to the 800 block of Robson St in reference to an unwanted person. The subject was located, issued a criminal trespass, and removed from the property.

At 8:50 am Ofc. Salinas responded to the 1100 block of Milam St in reference to an escort.

At 12:40 pm Sgt. Neumann responded to the 800 block of Walnut in reference to a possible scam. Information was received.

At 6:05 Sgt. Neumann responded to the 1400 block of Walnut St in reference to an unwanted person. The subject was located, issued a criminal trespass warning, and was removed from the property.

At 7:04 pm Ofc. Haman responded to the 300 block of North St in reference to a 911 hang-up. The officer arrived and learned it was accidental.

At 10:31 am Ofc. Salinas responded to the 600 block of Spring St in reference to possible Identity Theft. Information was received.

At 11:45 am Ofc. Hernandez responded to the 1500 block of Live oak in reference to a civil matter. Advice was given.

MAY 16

At 4:23 am Ofc. Hernandez responded to the 1200 block of Walnut St in reference to loud music. The music was located and turned down.

At 6:10 am Sgt. Wilson responded to the 1100 block of Walnut St in reference to a suspicious person. The subject was gone upon arrival.

At 10:15 am Sgt. Wilson responded to the 1000 block of Walnut St in reference to an abandoned vehicle. The vehicle was located and removed from the property.

At 3:00 pm Sgt. Wilson responded to the 2200 block of Hwy 71 in reference to a possible disturbance. After further investigation all was found to be in order.

At 5:23 pm Ofc. Pospisil responded to the 1400 block of Montezuma St in reference to a civil matter. Advice was given.

At 9:02 pm Ofc. Haman responded to the 1300 block of Rampart St in reference to a welfare concern. The subject was gone upon arrival.

At 11:38 pm Ofc. Pospisil responded to the 400 block of Wallace St in reference to a possible disturbance. After further investigation all was found to be in order.

At 12:06 am Ofc Pospisil responded to the 1600 block of Travis St in reference to a possible disturbance. After further investigation, the subjects were located, separated, and removed from the property.

At 1:31 am Ofc. Haman responded to the 1300 block of Rampart St in reference to possible criminal mischief. Information was received.

At 7:19 pm Ofc. Pospisil responded to the 600 block of Spring St in reference to possible loud music. The music was located and turned down.

At 7:40 am Ofc. Salinas responded to the 696 exit ramp in reference to a vehicle accident. A crash report was completed.

At 6:06 pm Ofc. Pospisil responded to the 500 block of Walnut St in reference to a civil matter. Advice was given.

At 1:52 pm Ofc. Salinas responded to the 500 block of Walnut St in reference to a 911 hang-up. The officer arrived and learned that no emergency services were needed.

At 2:52 pm Ofc. Salinas responded to the 600 block of Bonham St in reference to an escort.

At 8:34 pm Sgt. Neumann responded to the 300 block of Houston St in reference to possible theft. Information was received.

At 8:31 am Ofc. Salinas responded to the 2300 block of Columbus Loop in reference to a possible disturbance. After further investigation all was found to be in order.

At 9:01 am Ofc. Salinas responded to the 700 block of Crockett St in reference to a suspicious person. The subject was located and all was found to be in order.

At 3:55 pm Sgt. Neumann responded to the intersection of Walnut and Fannin in reference to a suspicious person. The subject was located and removed from the property.

At 5:00 pm Sgt. Neumann responded to the 900 block of Martin Luther King St in reference to possible theft. Information was received.

At 5:55 pm Ofc. Godfrey responded to the 700 block of Travis St in reference to a 911 hang-up. The officer arrived and learned it was accidental.

At 8:05 pm Ofc. Haman responded to the 2400 block of Hwy 71 in reference to an animal complaint. The animal was located; the owner was given a written warning and was removed from the property.

At 10:45 pm Ofc. Haman responded to the 1400 block of Fannin St in reference to an alarm. The building was found secure.

At 5:41 pm Ofc. Pospisil responded to the 1400 block of Fannin St in reference to a possible Theft. After further investigation, Donald Bryant was arrested for Theft of property and was taken to the Colorado County Detention Center.

May 28, 2026 At 12:05 am Ofc. Pospisil responded to the 400 block of Front St in reference to an animal complaint. The animal was located and all was found to be in order.
