Bernardo VFD offers rabies clinic

BERNARDO—The Bernardo Volunteer Fire Department will conduct a low-cost rabies vaccination clinic this Saturday, May 11, from 10 a.m. until noon at the Bernardo Fire Station.

Vaccinations are provided courtesy of Star Hill Veterinary Clinic.

Vaccinations are available for $35 for canines to receive Rabies and DHLPP, and for felines to receive FVRCP. Bordetella and heartworm tests are available for $10. Equine vaccinations are also available on site for Rabies and Strep. The Vetera Gold vaccine will also be administered which treats West Nile, Flu/ Rhino, Enceph, and Tetanus.

This event is sponsored by the Bernardo Fire Department, and attendees are reminded to keep their pets on a leash or pet carrier, for everyone’s safety.
