Stanzel Aircraft Museum celebrates 25th anniversary

The Stanzel Model Aircraft Museum, located in Schulenburg Texas, is thrilled to mark its 25th anniversary with a special celebration on April 20th. In the main museum visitors begin their tour with an informative video about the Stanzel brothers, then guide themselves through the evolution of model aircraft and engage with a variety of exhibits. The tour then continues with a museum docent leading visitors into the original factory where the original Stanzel mail order model kits were produced. Also, in the factory a flight simulator awaits a brave pilot challenger. The tour ends at the beginning so-to-speak with a walkthrough time as visitors are guided through the 1870 ancestral home of the Stanzel family.
