AUSTIN – A new bill filed by State Sen. Lois Kolkhorst (R-Brenham) last Friday would, if passed, close a loophole in existing state law that currently allows companies seeking to dispose of hazardous waste to be classified as “non-commercial,” and allowing them to bypass a more stringent permitting process. The bill,
