COLUMBUS — Industry State Bank participated in the Credit for Life program, hosted by the Columbus Christian Women’s Organization, at Columbus High School on Feb. 17.
The students received a credit score, job salary and had to make various financial decisions, such as buying a car, finding housing, choosing a credit card, etc. ISB assisted in the Credit Counseling Center, where students were able to see if they were successful in the decision- making process. ISB said students gained a lot of insight and they were proud to be a part of it.
The program allows high school seniors a trial run at the adult world, which they are about to experience after graduation in May.
