More contamination discovered at Skull Creek

A dark black, oily substance is again polluting Skull Creek in Altair, the Citizen has learned. 

County officials advised The Citizen Friday morning that what appears to have been the same substance that contaminated the creek around Feb. 8 has returned, this time isolated in an area around County Road 16 near Altair.
