Columbus Boys and Girls Club served 486 children last week for an average of 97 per day, and a high of 104 Wednesday. The current registered membership is 120.

Club hours are Monday through Friday from 3:30 p.m. – 7 p.m. and available to all youth ages six-18. The fall session is in full swing, and the club continues to take new members daily. Fall session membership is $50 per child. Stop by for a tour of the club.

Power Hour winners for the week were: Carson McRee (K-1), Selyn Lopez (second), Wes Kohleffel (third), Sloan Youens (fourth), Allen Cervantes (fifth), Jada Espitia (Jr. High)

In the Kid Friendly Cooking program, members had fun making homemade Sloppy Joe sliders.
